Spawn a house or a car, then use that same phone to remotely lock your doors, check a camera feed, and block specific players from ever setting foot on your property.

Gameplay loop: Design an avatar, claim a plot through the phone's "Find a Home" tool, and build out a house (eight are free; the rest cost Robux). From there it's the same freeform premise as its rivals — spawn a car, bike, or helicopter and slip into whatever role the server needs across 20-plus unpaid job locations. The phone stays the throughline: it runs home permissions too, from door locks and camera footage to the thermostat and a blocklist for specific players. Layered on top of ordinary text chat is an in-app messaging and photo feed players call "LifeSnap," a social-media stand-in for DMs and posts.

Monetization: Cosmetic and convenience only — there's no competition to buy an edge in. What sets it apart from its peers is the shape of the spend rather than its severity: premium houses sell as one-time Robux purchases, but the marquee route is a recurring "Life Premium" membership that unlocks the whole catalog at once — a subscription, where Brookhaven charges once for a gamepass and Berry Avenue leans on free codes. A February 2025 report put the flagship Modern Edge Manor at 749 Robux on its own, or bundled into Life Premium at 649 Robux a month; those figures are old enough to have moved, and the developer publishes no current pricing. The structural point is the durable one, and it's what keeps this a notch below Brookhaven's buy-it-once gamepasses.

Replay value: The same ceiling as any goalless RP sandbox — the server's cast is the content. The developer ships a steady stream of numbered updates (new apartments, a penthouse, deployable items, bug fixes tracked well into the 20s), which gives a returning player something to look at even without a group, but the loop still needs other people to sustain it.

Verdict: A competent, enormously popular entry in a genre two other catalogue reviews already cover well. Its one distinguishing feature, a phone-driven smart home with a built-in messaging layer, cuts both ways: a genuinely specific hook, but one that brings a recurring subscription and a stranger-facing photo and DM surface that its rivals don't have.
